To celebrate Spring 2024, Riserva San Massimo has organized two press dinners at two Michelin-starred restaurants to share and promote the values of environmental responsibility and sustainability upheld by San Massimo. Two dinners in the company of Maria Antonello, Director of Communications and Owner, and Dino Massignani, Director at Riserva San Massimo. Two events celebrating the places where humans and nature coexist harmoniously, while savoring the authentic Carnaroli.

Contrada Bricconi, March 21
Chef Michele Lazzarini offers a tasting menu featuring the authentic Carnaroli, cooked with a whey starter, smoked butter, slightly spicy chili oil, and trout roe.

Zia Restaurant, April 10
A tasting menu by Chef Antonio Ziantoni, offering his personal interpretation of the authentic Carnaroli from Riserva San Massimo: Risotto with buffalo mozzarella, lemon, and gentian.
