The Water Landscape is the theme of the 13th edition of Orticolario. Water plays a vital role in the cultivation of authentic Carnaroli rice, as well as other rare varieties such as Rosa Marchetti, all grown at Riserva San Massimo. This farm covers 600 hectares of green land rich in biodiversity, with 200 hectares dedicated to expert cultivation, irrigated by crystal-clear, pure spring water from the Alps.

Throughout the event, visitors will have the chance to taste Riserva San Massimo’s rice, expertly prepared by Chefs Gerardo De Santo and Daniele Paralovo, and uncover the secrets behind the farm.
