From September 30th to October 2nd, Riserva San Massimo took part in the 2nd edition of Sirha Arabia. Sirha Arabia is a trade fair dedicated to food service and hospitality that brought together over eighty international chefs and speakers alongside more than two-hundred businesses from the food, baking, pastry, coffee, and professional equipment sectors in the Saudi capital.
Through the collaboration with Euro-Toques Italia, our Carnaroli Classico featured prominently in a masterclass on Italian cuisine led by Chefs Enrico Derflingher and Filippo Pagani. Running parallel to the trade fair, the Euro-Toques Italia brigade worked alongside Italian and international chefs at the exclusive venues of Agio and Villa Signor Sassi, presenting dishes that showcased the finest expressions of Made in Italy excellence. Across all three occasions, our Carnaroli Classico was the foundation for the renowned Prince Charles Risotto.
