Riserva San Massimo partners with BITE 2025

On 14th September, Villa Spalletti in Sant’Ilario (Parma), hosted the inaugural edition of BITE, an eventan event for which Riserva San Massimo served as partner.

Designed by Salvatore Morello, chef at Ristorante Inkiostro*, BITE is a true celebration of taste that weaves together food, culture, and music.
Set within the elegant eighteenth-century villa, some of Italy’s most acclaimed chefs – including Raffaele Lenzi of Il Sereno al Lago – joined forces with bartenders, master pizzaioli, and award-winning gelato makers recognized by Gambero Rosso to present artisanal street food crafted from exceptional ingredients, all for an audience of culinary professionals and fine dining enthusiasts.

Our Carnaroli Classico took center stage in one of the day’s most celebrated dishes: a risotto with lemon, stracciatella, and licorice, created by Chef Maurizio Bufi of Ristorante Il Fagiano*.

“Our participation in BITE has been the perfect opportunity to introduce Riserva San Massimo to a wider audience,” shares Maria Antonello, the owner. “The event brought together distinguished chefs and culinary enthusiasts, offering an ideal setting to showcase our Carnaroli Classico and allow guests to experience firsthand its unique characteristics.”
