Riserva San Massimo partners in the Party Paradiso event at Fuori Salone 2025

During Fuori Salone 2025, Riserva San Massimo has participated in Party Paradiso, the closing event of Gian Maria Tosatti’s installation, set up in the former Magazzini Raccordati of Milan’s Central Station. The site-specific work Paradiso converted the more than 3,000-square-meter space into an immersive experience that encourages reflection on the gradual decline of ideals and values in contemporary society.

At the closing party on Saturday, April 12, an exclusive invitation-only event attended by more than 1,000 guests, Riserva San Massimo offered Carnaroli Classico and Carnaroli Classico Integrale rice interpreted by three top chefs:

Carnaroli Classico Integrale rice with vegetable mirepoix, by chef Daniele Paralovo;
Riso Carnaroli Classico with malga butter and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, by chef Gianni Tarabini;
Riso Carnaroli Classico alla Milanese, by chef Giorgio Servetto.

The Paradiso project was designed by Eco Contract + Eco Design and Brembo, in collaboration with students from the Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera and Politecnico di Milano.
