During Festa a Vico 2025, Riserva San Massimo has received the “Substance Award” instituted by Forbes that celebrates authentic, sustainable and earth-friendly businesses.
Currently in its 22nd year, Festa a Vico is the event designed by chef Gennaro Esposito that brings together hundreds of chefs in Vico Equense, from up-and-coming youngsters to leading chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco and Domenico Candela, to celebrate the value of sharing and gastronomic excellence.
“For us, the Substance Award is a great source of pride. It means that our daily work – rooted in listening to the land, protecting biodiversity, and pursuing quality – is recognized as part of what makes Italian excellence. It is a recognition not only of a product, but of a way of production: respectful, conscious and sustainable. We don’t just grow rice, we help safeguard the future of Italian gastronomic culture.” says Dino Massignani, Riserva San Massimo’s Director.
For the panel of international chefs, Carnaroli Classico by Riserva San Massimo is one of those ingredients that truly make a difference, thanks for its quality, its rich organoleptic profile, and the transparency with which every step of the process is shared. The patron of the event also expressed his appreciation for Riserva San Massimo, highlighting his choice of Carnaroli Classico for its excellent resistance to cooking, delicate sweetness, clean flavor and balanced texture.
This recognition further strengthens our daily commitment to the chosen path, guided by the same vision and care that shape everything we do.
