Since 2025, Riserva San Massimo has been an official partner of Euro-Toques Italia, and its Carnaroli Classico has been used for all events organized by the association.

Founded in 1986 by iconic figures in European cuisine including Paul Bocuse, Pierre Romeyer and Gualtiero Marchesi, Euro-Toques International was set to promote the profession of Chef and protect Europe’s gastronomic heritage. Nowadays Euro-Toques International has more than 2,500 chefs from 19 countries in the European Union. The Italian section, created by Gualtiero Marchesi, brings together leading names including Gennaro Esposito, Enrico and Roberto Cerea and has been led by Enrico Derflingher since 2012, who also serves as Euro-Toques International vice president.
For Riserva San Massimo, being part of this path means contributing to a virtuous circle that brings together outstanding chefs who share a deep respect for the land, for those who cultivate it and those who transform its fruits.
